Expression of Worship

We as Christian, to some extend can fall into a trap where we put 'worship' session in the church above everything, where we think we are the centre of the worship, we choose the song we like, musical instrument we love to hear, type of music, the content of lyric, they all not wrong in and of itself but if that's the ending of the worship then we are not worshiping God but are worshiping our own desire - our self.

God can move us to move our body as an expression of the worship toward Him in the public worship, although it's not always that people who lifted up their hands are worshiping God in their heart, people tend to 'judge' themselves and others based on the way they worship God.

That is why the expression of worship in public worship should never be the measurement of how magnificent God's work in that particular event. But this shouldn't be stopping us to 'express' our self when we worship Him.

Being Christian is not about do or not do, but when we don't give a rip about what we do, it's a big question mark whether we are one.
