#Christ2012
I was born in the Confucian family, it is not an official religion that exists in Indonesia, so our family is often considered ourselves as Buddhist on the paper.
When I went go to primary public school, there was no Buddhist religion, only Christianity and Islam. I did try both religions, although I can hardly remember why I "chose" Christianity over Islam at that time. Having a religion is a must in our country, so in order to graduate you must have a good grade in religion class.
I was really active in the church, serving God, and doing ministry diligently just for the sake of getting a good grade in the school. I thought I didn't do too many bad things in my life, that's why I deserve God's grace, I thought I can earn God's favour by doing good deeds, only then to realise that I will never be perfect before Him, but through the atonement of Christ on the cross, from which my turning point to believe in Christ wholeheartedly, not by my will but because by the Amazing Grace of God - I was blind but now I see.
